In mediations, Mr. Block’s fees are tailored to the number of parties involved so that two-party and three-party mediations can still be handled at affordable and reasonable rates. Mr. Block does not charge administrative fees of any type. He offers a minimum ½ day or full day or more sessions. Arbitrations, Referee and Master work are billed at a flat hourly rate regardless of the number of parties.
